Professional Qualifications
1. July 1987 – December 1988: Prosecutor, Public Prosecution Department, People’s Procuratorate of Cili County, Hunan Province.
During this period, he participated in special investigations led by public security agencies across Shandong, Henan, Jiangsu, Anhui, Hubei, and Hunan to combat human trafficking. Risking his life, he captured dozens of human traffickers and rescued more than 20 women. He also rectified cases of unjust prosecutions, preventing wrongful charges and ensuring the prosecution of criminals who attempted to escape justice.
In October 1988, he passed the National Lawyer Qualification Examination and obtained his lawyer's license.
2. January 1989–December 1990: Prosecutor, Anti-Corruption and Bribery Bureau, People’s Procuratorate of Zhangjiajie, Hunan Province.
He led the investigation of over ten major corruption and bribery cases. He also helped overturn the wrongful conviction of a patriot and educator accused of corruption, ensuring that innocent people were not wrongfully prosecuted.
3. January 1991–October 1995: Prosecutor, Public Prosecution Division, Guangzhou People’s Procuratorate.
During his tenure, he prosecuted more than 50 cases annually and appeared in court over 50 times a year. He also participated in the review of death penalty cases and supervised the execution of several death sentences, while preventing the prosecution of several innocent individuals.

1. Representation in the appeal of Luo XX, who was initially sentenced to 16 years in prison for multiple offenses. Result: Acquittal.
2. Represented the former director of the Guangzhou Maritime Safety Administration of the Ministry of Transport in a criminal bribery case, achieving a mitigated sentence for the client.
3. Represented the former chairman of Guangdong Light Industrial Import and Export Group in a criminal case of bribery, obtaining a mitigated sentence for the client.
